Over the past few months, and with the increased number of new residents, much of my time is spent on Help Island.

During this time, I am usually inundated with questions - most of them the same. SO, I thought I'd post an addendum blog to my personal blog, for FAQ's for the new citizen, someone doing research on Second Life or those just surfing.
